The BYD Sealion 8 Free Giveaway (the "Promotion") is organised by BYD Stocks. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion opens on 1 March 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM on 30 April 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside this period are not eligible.
To be eligible, participants must: (a) be 18 years of age or older at time of entry; (b) submit a valid entry via the official entry form during the Promotional Period; (c) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Employees of BYD Stocks and their immediate family members are not eligible.
No purchase is necessary. To enter, complete the entry form with your full name, valid email address, and country of residence. One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Bonus entries may be earned by (i) following BYD on Instagram and Facebook (+1 entry) and (ii) sharing this giveaway with a friend (+1 entry), subject to verification.
One (1) winner will receive a brand-new BYD Sealion 8 electric SUV (RRP approximately USD $55,000). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Prize delivery is subject to availability in the winner's country. BYD Stocks reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if required.
The winner will be selected by random draw on 5 May 2026 and announced on our official social media channels. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days or the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn.
